Being a first-time buyer of a van, I was unsure as to what to buy. The sales staff, noticeably Woody and Paul, were very helpful and we chose to buy a new campervan. This drove wonderfully. We bought our  Elddis Majestic 105 from Nick Whale September 2023, and had excellent service from all the staff, who couldn’t be more helpful, anyway we decided recently an end kitchen was more to our liking, having looked on the Nick Whale web site we found just what we were looking for in a brand new Fiat Autosleeper Nuveo, once again the team were absolutely brilliant and couldn’t do enough to ensure our purchase went through with no complications, we would just like to thank each and every staff member for the service which was fantastic, thanks!

We hired a McLouis 360 fusion for a try before we buy experience. We toured Cornwall for a week and spent most of our time off grid. The motor home came with everything we needed plus thing we didn’t know we needed. Dan was very helpful from the booking process right through to the handover where he patiently went through every feature on the motor home. The experience was obviously a good one as we now own a motor home that we purchased from Nick Whale. (Although not a McLouis). We would absolutely recommend hiring before you buy as it helps gel your thoughts as to what you really want in a motor home. Thanks again to Dan for his help through this process.

A year on and we can definitely state that the (workshop) service provided is even better than we could have ever envisaged. I rang Mary Parker (the parts & warranty administrator) in December to discuss how we were going to get our motor home over to them in February as my wife was in the middle of some very serious treatment for a life threatening condition. No problem said Mary, we shall contact you in February and arrange for our people to collect your motor home for its annual service. We duly received an email from Mary and she arranged for the collection of the Burford from our home. There was an outstanding warranty issue with a squeaking seat that Mercedes wanted to correct within their dealer network so Mary also arranged for that to be carried out whilst they had our motor home. Our motor home was taken to Rygor Mercedes Commercial at Kidderminster and left for 24Hrs so that the seat could be repaired. All these vehicle movements have been made with two drivers, my burford and their van. Must amount to several hours wages and fuel costs but at no cost to me. If we could award 5 Plus stars we certainly would, an amazing experience and we are so grateful to Nick Whale Motor Homes for their professional and kind service. So different from our previous dealer. A big thank you to you all at NW Motorhomes.

My wife & I have just bought our first motorhome and landed on a New Forest campsite today, so no site report yet.
However, we must sing the praises of 'Nick Whale Motorhomes' located near to Evesham. They are the most friendly, professional and helpful company we have had the pleasure to do business with, in this market or any other. We cannot single out any member of staff, because they were all equally fantastic to deal with.
The purchase was not without problems from our side - it was dependent upon us selling our property, and the first buyers withdrew. But we quickly found another, and 'Nick Whale' stayed with us throughout.
We settled upon a new Auto-Sleepers Burford and the service and handover was impeccable. Knowing that we were 'newbies' they all went the extra mile to ensure everything was as smooth as could be.
For anyone considering a purchase we can heartily recommend a visit to 'Nick Whale', whatever the travel distance.

As you are probably aware I popped my van in this morning for a LED fault which was tended to and rectified by Roy from the workshop.
I thought I would drop you as a line to say how impressed I’ve been so far by your staff post-sale, the booking in was a breeze and Roy attended to my needs in a personable, professional and reassuring manner…all in all great service. 

I’ve owned several motorhomes since the 80’s, mostly purchased from new and generally speaking ‘after sales & warranty’ work has been a painful process with dealers giving the impression of a total lack of interest once the van has left their forecourt, I’m pleased that this hasn’t been the case from NW so far.

 So, a big thanks to Roy for fettling my LED problem and for being such a nice person with it.

We picked up our brand new motorhome last Thursday - a Auto Sleeper Nuevo on a Peugeot chassis. Firstly may I say how pleased and satisfied we were/are with every aspect of the buying process at Nick Whale. GREAT PLACE SUPER FRIENDLY TEAM Excellent service from start to finish. Only visited for a browse and felt like nothing was too much trouble. However spotted a van we liked and returned 2 weeks later to buy it. Woody was great to deal with and gave us lots of helpful advice. After sales Narinda and Attila were on hand to sort everything out efficiently but in a really relaxed friendly manner. Roy was really helpful when we popped in for some details. Handover was excellent and Martin talked us through everything but didn’t over complicate things. Thought we hit a snag on collection day but Tim jumped in and sorted it for us without hesitation. We spoke on the phone earlier this week about your Auto Sleeper Broadway FB on the Fiat Ducato chassis with the rare automatic gearbox. At the time I explained that we were also considering an Auto Sleeper Winchcombe, which we were awaiting a national transfer to view more locally yesterday.

Having viewed and test driven the Winchcombe yesterday my wife and I found it was in excellent condition and so, regrettably for yourselves, we have decided to purchase it.

However, I wished to express my sincere thanks for the time and effort you took to explain the differences and pros/cons of the Fiat vs Mercedes chassis and gearbox. The knowledge and experience which you kindly shared with me over the phone was most helpful to me, particularly as a first time buyer, and gave me the insight and confidence to proceed with our purchase.

Just a quick note to say how happy we are with the repairs to our Nuevo you competed recently. We went away in our motorhome for a long weekend to test all the changes prior to a much longer trip to Spain. We were delighted with the new fridge and the cooker was a joy to use now that the knobs no longer get too hot to handle. At one point we had every burner on the cooker going at the same time and still the knobs could be touched.

I would also like to say how pleasant it was to deal with Shaun. He was attentive to our description of the issues and diligent in getting them all resolved. He is clearly one of the good guys.

Very happy with the service we got when buying a new McLouis Fusion 373 with helpful but not pushy advice from Woody. Let us take our time in deciding whilst offering helpful and expert views. Recommended.

Just wanted to let you know what fantastic service I received when I bought my campervan in with a problem on Wednesday 16th October. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful, even down to guiding me there by phone when I had got a little lost.. The waiting area was comfortable whilst my van was sorted out and appreciated. Roy sorted the problem for me and I was so pleased with the outcome. I have been considering a "van" for the past five years. In that time I have visited numerous dealers and two motorhome shows including NEC. Although I have been tempted on many occasions, it has never been either the right van, or I wasn’t happy with the sales person, or the offer.

Last September I visited an Autosleeper dealer near Chester with a good reputation and almost signed on the line. Whilst mulling over the deal I found Nick Whale motorhomes online. I had narrowed my options to either Wildax or Autosleeper and Nick Whale motorhomes had both in stock with a massive range of both. The previous year I had visited Wildax too. I phoned the next morning and spoke to Paul and we arranged an appointment for the same day. It was an 80 mile drive, but I wanted to drive down and meet them to view all of the vans. I had also heard of a new model being released, the Symbol Plus. We were keen on either a Warwick Duo or Symbol Plus. The only problem was the Plus was not being released to view until the NEC show in October. However Paul made phone calls to the Autosleeper factory and eventually managed to get an appointment for us to view the Plus, this was before any dealers had seen it. I immediately left a deposit with Paul and left with no date as to when the vehicle would be available.

The vehicle became available for me in December, but having no use for it two weeks before Christmas, decided to delay delivery to the 2nd January, thereby getting the V5 with a date of registration being 2019.

On the day of collection Shaun spent three hours explaining and demonstrating every working part of the van. We had decided to stay close by for two nights to ensure there were no problems. We had a massive problem with the cooker releasing far too much gas and causing quite a potentially serious accident. The cooker had been turned on and the hob and grill during handover and at that time there was no problem. It appears that the regulator seriously failed coupled with a possible overfill of gas from the garage. This gas filling was done by Nick Whale motorhomes and not by me. It is assumed at this stage that the garage filling pump is faulty and therefore maybe overfilled the onboard tank. The inspection and repair of the van was carried out by Shaun and Autosleepers themselves. This now works perfectly. We have found one more problem with the drivers seat not swivelling correctly. The seat base comes into contact with part of the seat bed base cabinetry. This is now being investigated as a possible design fault. I now need to await the decision on what rectification is going to take place.

At all times the whole staff from Sales to Workshop, and admin has been fantastic. All phone calls are answered immediately from either the sales team or the workshop. The showroom for all vehicles is under cover. Secondhand vehicles and Wildax are in an outside viewing area. There is lots of tea and coffee and biscuits which you are greeted with on arrival and during a stress free exploration of all the vehicles. Paul will accompany you or allow you to browse on your own the choose is your own.

We had been to a number of Motorhome and Caravan Shows at the NEC since selling our A Classs Euro Mobil motorhome last year. We had toured in this motorhome to Europe especially to the South of France and Spain. Back home we did have trouble on occasions getting onto narrow lanes in Devon and Cornwall. Getting to costal sights could also be a problem with the width and height of the vehicle. There was also a realisation that age was catching up on us and a desire to step down from holding a C1 licence.

The WildAx Solaris XL is a very well devised van conversion that was narrower and kept the overall weight below 3.5 tonnes. It also enabled our married daughters to use it for family holidays with their children.

We have visited Nick Whale Motorhome Ltd to view their extensive stock of new and used vans. The outcome of these visits confirmed our wish to proceed with the purchase of the WildAX. The staff could not have been more helpful and especially the excellent advise and support we received from the workshops in fitting our extras to the van. The collection process could not have been handled better. The fact that on our first attempt to collect had to be postponed because I was not well enough to drive it home.

We wish to thank the dedicated on site staff for making the purchase such an enjoyable process. We give you all a 5star rating and look forward to using our excellent services with our new van over the years.
