I’ve recently joined the team, bringing with me experience from working in the motorhome industry. During that time, I developed a strong focus on customer service, problem-solving, and delivering practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.

I enjoy working collaboratively and pride myself on being adaptable and approachable. I’m looking forward to building on my experience, contributing to the team, and supporting our customers moving forward.

My career before Destination Motorhomes was largely corporate based and I have been responsible for mentoring numerous technology start-up companies worldwide. However, I transitioned to the Leisure Industry over 10 years ago and am enjoying working side by side with an excellent team to bring high quality motorhomes and campers to a discerning public.

The prestige and pedigree of the Nick Whale Sports Cars business has been seamlessly translated into our motorhome and camper sales. This is reflected in our attention to detail, presentation of our hand-picked stock and levels of customer service. I am proud to be part of this expert, professional team and look forward to welcoming you at our Showroom.

Adventure and exploration has always been a huge part of my life, so the leisure industry was a natural calling. 

I've been part of the Destination Motorhomes team now for just over 9 years and in that time I've been able to develop new, more interactive, ways for customers to engage with us. Most recently, however, I've joined the Sales team as a Sales Specialist, whilst also still working on Digital Media projects. So if you want a Motorhome Tour video on YouTube or a tour of a motorhome on the pitch before purchasing, just ask me!

Away from work you'll find me on the trail, whether that's the walking, hiking or bike trail!
I'm always open to new routes and recommendations, so please feel free to give me some inspiration! 

Myself and my colleague Attila are also always on the look out for fundraising ideas, so, should you have a 'crazy' idea that could raise a lot of money, let us know!

I’ve recently joined the team at Destination Motorhomes as a Sales Specialist, bringing with me several years of experience in car sales and a genuine passion for helping customers. Before my career in sales, I worked as a chef, which taught me the value of hard work, attention to detail, and putting customers first. Whether you’re new to motorhoming or looking to upgrade, I’m here to help you find the perfect vehicle for your adventures.

My journey is currently just starting at Destination Motorhomes and I'm very excited to start a new challenge. I have previously worked in retail, therefore I have experience with sales and meeting new customers. I believe myself to be approachable, friendly and outgoing so love meeting new people. Currently I'm training in sales and the social media platforms of this business, including making the videos of the new motorhomes that come in. Looking forward to spending many more years with the lovely team at Destination Motorhomes and meeting you guys !  

Many of you may have met me before when I worked as the Service Centre Manager at Auto-Sleepers. Working for this manufacturer gave me the best possible experience to full-fill this role as Technical Support and Aftersales Manager.

I have owned several motorhomes in the past but most recently an American RV. This 36ft double slide out beast was used as our base whilst enjoying our hobby of Drag racing. The highlight of which was winning back-to-back Championships at Santa Pod in 2014 & 2015.

I've been working in the after sales and customer support sphere for over 12 years. My personal policy is... if something is wrong, make it good... If something is good, make it better. For many, motorhomes are synonyms for a way of life, freedom and great adventures. For me and my team, they are also great and complex machines. We are interested and intrigued by the new systems and solutions and keep up to date with the latest technologies and systems in the world of motorhomes. We are the guys in the background who work passionately to ensure you'll enjoy your adventures and make great memories. Happy camping everyone! 

For more than thirty years I have worked in customer service, from retail to the leisure industry.  I have spent my working life helping customers and providing the best service I can through listening and understanding their questions and concerns.  Some of these years have been spent working on Caravan parks as a Customer Service Manager.  I dealt with the entire customer journey from purchase to handover of Static and park homes and aftersales.  Seeing my customers delighted with their new purchase, which has often been a lifelong dream, makes all the hard work that goes in to preparing the home for them worthwhile.  I am here for our customers to advise them on extra parts they may want and to help them through the warranty process.  The whole team here have welcomed me and the level of knowledge they have has truly impressed me. 

I enjoy being outside and see the appeal of a motorhome where you can just set off and go where the wind takes you.  For me outside is usually in my garden with my animals or painting in my studio.  I look forward to meeting more of our customers and assisting you with your parts and warranty enquiries.

I arrived in the motorhome world after many years in the aviation industry, which has taught me to be meticulous in my working practices as there is no space for mistakes without serious consequences. I have also learnt that strong adherence to agreed procedures and practices, good communication and accurate record keeping are key ingredients to help ensure success..

I have experience with static caravans, having been a park warden at a busy park near Worcester responsible for all day to day actions, siting and connection of new units, sales and handover of new homes. I also have experience with touring caravans, being responsible for sales of new and used homes and demonstrating the various features to customers as they collect their new pride and joy. 

On a personal note, I enjoy many varied activities ranging from adrenaline fuelled days out at the various theme parks around the country with my son to sailing at the local club.

My journey to the world of motorhomes started in a simple tent with my family when I was much younger… The great outdoors and a sense of adventure have definitely shaped my private and professional life. Today, I am an NCC approved, qualified and experienced motorhome/caravan technician with over 12 years of experience in building and repairing Auto-Sleeper motorhomes as their employee. I joined Destination Motorhomes in 2016 to further enhance my knowledge of different make and models. Since Nick Whale Motorhomes are an authorised Auto-Sleepers dealer, it often feels like I am still part of the Auto-Sleepers family, working hand in hand with my old colleagues on many projects.

This detailed knowledge of Auto-Sleepers motorhomes helps me to advise customers regarding any extra equipment they would like to have installed to the motorhome and ensures the installation of these extras, and any repairs, are equal to factory standards.

 

I gained 20 years experience as a qualified caravan engineer before moving into the world of motorhomes. Prior to joining Destination Motorhomes in March 2022, I worked at Marquis Motorhomes and Auto-Sleepers. 

However, I still have a passion for caravans! My van is seasonally sited and I enjoy making the most of it in my spare time with my family. 

It is a pleasure to work at Destination Motorhomes alongside a group of people who possess the knowledge and expertise to cover all aspects of leisure vehicles.

After leaving school at 16 I was taken on as an apprentice at Destination Motorhomes. Two years later I passed my apprenticeship and have been employed as a full-time member of the workshop team. I am enjoying the new challenges and having the opportunity to test my newfound skills. In the future, I will be completing the NCC courses to further expand my knowledge, skills, and qualification. When I am not hard at work, I enjoy attending car meets, socialising with my friends and general downtime. P.S. Enjoy your adventures in your motorhome.

I have had a background in motorhomes all my life. Before working here I worked at Auto-Sleeper for 13 years. Moving to Destination Motorhomes really enabled me to immerse myself into my passion for motorhome mechanics, which was born through tinkering with cars as a young man and going on camping holidays with my family. My wealth of experience now allows me to get your motorhome back on the road as soon as possible. Destination Motorhomes have given me my dream job, I really enjoy working here!

I've had many years of experience within the motorhome industry.

I have also converted four of my own Panel Vans into Campervans which I really enjoy doing.

In my spare time I enjoy getting out on the water and I am now a Fully Licenced Skipper.

I am relatively new to the motorhome world having joined Destination Motorhomes in October 2023.

Before that I trained as an accountant in London and stayed in practice until I moved to Worcestershire to bring up my family. I then worked for a local company as their accountant for over 20 years, moving on when the company was sold.

I love working here. The team are small, friendly and really know a lot about motorhomes!

I have worked at Destination Motorhomes since 2016.

I started here as a full time After Sales Coordinator and since have reduced my hours and work 2 days a week doing Accounts.

Before working at Destination Motorhomes I worked for Birmingham Car Auctions Ltd for 17yrs I started off as Part Time Administration and for the last 10yrs I was Office Manager/Accounts Manager.

I don't have much spare time as a lot of it is taken up with spending time with my Grandchildren who are my pride and joy but when I do have time my hobbies would be Reading and Walking ❤

I currently work at Destination Motorhomes and I am enjoying the opportunity to develop my skills within the motorhome industry. Before joining the team I spent several years working as a mechanic, gaining extensive experience in vehicle maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics. 

Outside of work, I compete in Autograss racing, combining my passion for motorsport with my hands-on mechanical knowledge both on and off the track.

Before joining Destination Motorhomes, I enjoyed a varied career in engineering, but always had a keen interest in motorhomes as an owner and user.

I am now part of the Destination Motorhomes team; dedicated to the valet preparation of our quality stock, both new and used.

I’m delighted to have recently joined Destination Motorhomes and look forward to welcoming all our customers with a smile. Being friendly and approachable has always been at the heart of how I work, and I’m committed to helping make every customer’s experience as enjoyable and memorable as possible.

Having spent most of my working life in customer-facing roles, both in retail and previously within the leisure industry at a caravan park, joining the Destination Motorhomes team felt like a natural next step when the opportunity arose.

Outside of work, I have three cats, three grown-up children, and a very patient husband who supports my love of giraffes and my ever-expanding Charlie Bears collection! I enjoy bringing a positive attitude and a sense of fun to everything I do, and I’m excited to be part of the Destination Motorhomes team.
